One big issue that all vendors and purchasers of these solutions face is that there is no testing and certification process available to prove their 3GPP standards-compliance. The Global Certification Forum (GCF) and TCCA have combined their expertise and established a Joint Task Force for mission-critical products certification. The task force has worked from January until June 2020 and assessed the possibilities for a certification scheme, conducting a gap analysis in terms of frequency bands and mission-critical functionalities compared with current available processes in GCF. This webinar summarizes the findings and outcomes of the GCF-TCCA Joint Task Force. Presenters include: • Harald Ludwig, chairman of TCCA Technical Forum and co-chair of the GCF-TCCA Joint Task Force • Chris Hogg, head of certification 5G for GCF and co-chair of the GCF-TCCA Joint Task Force
